Services and Pricing

All prices for DBC’s service(s) are subject to quotation and written agreement between DBC and the Client.
DBC shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of services.
DBC reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. DBC may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. DBC reserves the right to limit the quantities of any services that it offers.
Terms and Conditions for supplying Licensed Pictures for commissioned Art Work.
No ownership or copyright in any supplied image or images shall pass to the Client by the issuance of the terms contained in this agreement. No rights of ownership or copyright in the supplied image((s)) are transferred to the Client and therefore may not be used for other secondary uses. The ownership and copyright remains with the supplier of the image to DBC.
Before publication of the completed service (product) and or before making any use of the service (product) the Client must obtain all necessary consents from third parties for their publication and or use.
The Client hereby indemnifies DBC against any loss and damage resulting from any breach by the Client of the conditions and warranties contained herein.
Your Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and account information for all services.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitations of Liability
